Marilyn Wendler, curator of the Wolcott House Museum in Maumee, adjusts the mane of a rocking horse made in about 1899 on the opening day of the ‘Joys and Toys of Christmas Past' at the museum. The exhibit, which runs through Dec. 19 at the museum, 1035 River Road, features toys that have dazzled children over the years, from the early 19th century through the Great Depression.
