The Most Rev. Leonard Blair, bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Toledo celebrates mass at Holy Rosary Cathedral. Messages of hope and charity were interwoven with stories of the miracle of Christ's birth during similar services conducted throughout the area Friday as residents prepared to celebrate one of the most holy of Christian holidays.
