Columbia Gas of Ohio says its customer rate will increase in February to 62 cents per 100 cubic feet of natural gas, up from 61.5 cents this month.
The new rate is based on Thursday's natural-gas commodity closing price of 43 cents on the New York Mercantile Exchange, plus 19 cents, a state-regulated service charge.
