Semi truck overturns in Putnam County

PUTNAM, Ohio -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Office is investigating an early-morning crash that spilled 42,000 pounds of plywood onto a roadway.

Shawn Moore, 35, of Lexington, Ky., was driving the semi-tractor, which was pulling a flat bed trailer with the plywood. The truck and trailer overturned on S.R. 15, at Putnam County Road E-16, around 2:25 a.m.

Mr. Moore's injuries were "minor" and treated at the scene, authorities said.

The crash is currently under investigation.
