FINDLAY — A 19-year-old Findlay woman has died in a two-vehicle crash, police said Friday.

Alicha M. Tuttle was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle accident Thursday night at the intersection of Lima Avenue and Carlin Street. She was a passenger in a car driven by Samuel J. Tuttle, 18.

Police said Mr. Tuttle pulled into the path of a westbound pickup truck driven by William F. Andrews, 69, of Rawson, Ohio.
