Woman injured on Put-in-Bay

BLADE STAFF

PUT-IN-BAY, Ohio — A woman with burn injuries was transported by Life Flight helicopter to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo after the moped she was driving on Saturday collided with a golf cart, police said.

The accident happened about 12:40 p.m. Saturday at Trenton Avenue and West Shore Boulevard.

No further information was available Saturday.
