Cece Norwood touches the Violence Against Women Memorial Rock at the Sanger branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library during a vigil Wednesday evening for Jazmon Denise Hoskins and Leslie Sexton Waingrow.

The rock memorial was created in remembrance of area women who were killed in acts of domestic violence.
