Man draws 14-month sentence for thefts
Pointing to the criminal history of Moses White, Jr., which included seven felonies and multiple misdemeanors, Lucas County Common Pleas Court Judge James Bates sentenced him to prison Tuesday for stealing items from medical buildings and nursing homes.
White, 37, of 899 Toronto Ave., had previously pleaded no contest and was found guilty of two counts of trespassing in a habitation. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison on each count, to run concurrently.
White was convicted of thefts March 17 at Foundation Park Care Center, 1621 N. Byrne Rd., and on March 19 in a ProMedica laboratory at 3156 W. Central Ave. and the adjoining Toledo Wound Care, 3110 W. Central.
