PORT CLINTON -- Sightseeing flights over Lake Erie in a 1929 Ford Tri-Motor are being offered at Erie-Ottawa Regional Airport.
Experimental Aircraft Association Tin Goose Chapter 1247 is to be host for the rides from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Wednesday to raise money for the group's restoration of a Ford Tri-Motor.
Food, drinks, and souvenirs will be available, and the restoration project will be on site.
Tickets, which are available at the event, are $80 for ages 16 and up and $40 for children 15 and under. Advance tickets are available by calling 1-877-952-5395 or at flytheford.org.
The airport is at 3255 E. State Rd.
