Hancock County family services hires director

FINDLAY -- The interim director of Hancock County Job and Family Services was made a permanent hire Thursday by county commissioners.
Sheldon Bycynski was awarded a two-year contract at an annual salary of $70,000. He had been interim director since last July when Judy Wauford retired.
