Toledo man indicted for role in child-sex case

A Toledo man was charged in U.S. District Court in Toledo with sex trafficking of children and obstructing the investigation.

An indictment was filed Tuesday against Duane Hill, 25.

According to court records, Mr. Hill brought a minor across state lines on Aug. 8 so that the girl would “engage in a commercial sex act.”

Mr. Hill is also charged with “providing false and misleading information to investigators assigned to the Northwest Ohio Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force” on Sept. 6. The case has been assigned to Judge James Carr.
