Monroe Co. college picks new president
The Monroe County Community College Board of Trustees selected the school's fifth president Wednesday. Kojo Quartey, who most recently served as provost of the City Colleges of Chicago, was chosen with a unanimous vote over three other finalists. He still must negotiate a contract with the board. A spokesman for the community college said Mr. Quartey would not be made available for comment until after he signs a contract.
