Council rejects Vapor Bar liquor license transfer
Perrysburg City Council on Tuesday voted 6-1 to reject a liquor license transfer request by Vapor Bar LLC. To have the license transferred from Toledo, the council would have had to approve Vapor Bar, 25680 North Dixie Hwy., as a economic development project. "If a company wants to sell beer, wine, and spirit and they are legal and professional business who is the state to say no," said council member Todd Grayson, the only member who voted for the bar to get the license.
