Fallen police officer honored in Bowling Green
Members of the Northern Wood County Regional Honor Guard fire a salute during a memorial service at the Wood County Courthouse in Bowling Green in tribute to a police chief who died in the line of duty. The noontime service Tuesday honored Northwood Chief Thomas W. Hall, who died Dec. 31, 1981, at age 61. He was struck by a vehicle while directing traffic.
