Making new friends in Perrysburg

Three-year-old Carter Reese of Perrysburg investigates the statue of two children reading in the front entrance of Toth Elementary School in Perrysburg. The statue is an original piece of artwork by teacher Jackie Blackburn, who donated it to the school when she retired. Young Carter was visiting the school to attend a performance by third graders.
