Stripe painting to close I-475 ramp, lanes today

Stripe painting will require short-term ramp and lane closings today along I-475 in West Toledo, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.

Starting at noon, work crews will paint new lane stripes on the ProMedica Parkway entrance to westbound I-475, the westbound I-475 exit to Douglas Road, and the Douglas entrance to eastbound I-475. After that, starting about 2 p.m., varying lane closings — in addition to long-term work-zone closings — will occur on I-475 between I-75 and Monroe Street for stripe painting.

The moving work zones are expected to conclude by 4 p.m.
