The American Red Cross of Northwest Ohio is providing help for those who can't leave their homes, people with disabilities, or the elderly during the Toledo-area water issue.
Those people are asked to call 419-329-6060 so they can be placed on a distribution list for water delivery. Red Cross volunteers will be answering calls until 8 p.m. today.
Other area residents are asked to visit local water stations that have been set up around the area.
