Capping another successful session

The Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments is offering a series of free gas cap testing and replacement sessions areawide to reduce pollution that’s caused by leaking caps. Another session is scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. today at the Circle K, 103 Anthony Wayne Trail, Waterville, and more are scheduled in the weeks ahead.
