Tigers lose pitcher Nathan for season
DETROIT — The Detroit Tigers today said right-handed relief pitcher Joe Nathan underwent an MRI at the Detroit Medical Center on Wednesday which revealed a UCL tear and a flexor pronator tear. He will undergo season-ending surgery at a later date.
