Council views $12.1M request for street plan
Toledo City Council got its first look Tuesday at the plan to repave streets this year, which sparked the typical annual acrimony over what roads will be fixed. Council reviewed a request from the Hicks-Hudson administration to issue $12.1 million of general obligation bond anticipation notes for the cost of street and bridge construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and resurfacing projects in the 2016 capital improvement program.
