Court OKs Ariz. independent remapping
Monday’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling upholding Arizona’s voter-approved, independent commission to redraw congressional districts every decade could clear the path for Ohio to pursue a similar method. Ohio voters will already be asked on Nov. 3 to approve a constitutional amendment to create an expanded, bipartisan board to redraw state Senate and House districts.
