Way Library is expanding with a new “Beyond Books” collection.
The set includes a ukulele, a stud finder and traffic cones, among dozens of other items. It is intended to offer area residents a chance to rent items they might only use once. The library will unveil the collection Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. at a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony.
A $500,000 private donation from the late Joan Wiley and her family funded the collection. Suggestions on items to add are welcome.
