Eastwood rolls over Woodmore 60-48

PEMBERVILLE — After trailing 30-23 at the half, the Eagles took charge in the second half by draining their free throws to get the win in a Northern Buckeye Conference boys basketball game. Jake Faykosh drilled 11-of-12 free throws in the fourth quarter as Eastwood (11-5, 7-3) pulled away. Faykosh led the Eagles with 16 points. Cody Jennings contributed 14 points, while Lincoln Peters and Jake Schmeltz added 12 points apiece.
The visiting Wildcats (6-9, 3-7) had Cody Croll, Jake Lewandowski, and Donny Bowen score 10 points apiece, but were outscored 18-6 at the free-throw line.
