BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team claimed a 62-52 win over Buffalo at the Stroh Center Wednesday.

Jessica Slagle led all scorers with 19 points for the Falcons (21-4, 11-1 Mid-American Conference), while Alexis Rogers and Chrissy Steffen both had double-doubles. Rogers finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds, while Steffen had 13 points and 12 boards.

Brittney Hedderson had 15 points, while Teresa Semalulu scored 12 for Buffalo (7-19, 2-10).

HALFTIME -- Buffalo 29, BGSU 28

BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team trails Buffalo 29-28 at halftime at the Stroh Center Wednesday.

Alexis Rogers has 11 points while Jasmine Matthews and Jessica Slagle each have six for the Falcons.

Teresa Semalulu and Ephesia Holmes each scored eight points while Brittany Hedderson had seven for Buffalo.
