University of Toledo men's basketball gets quality win against Illinois-Chicago, 74-55
The University of Toledo picked up a quality win today, knocking off a solid Illinois-Chicago team, 74-55, at Savage Arena.
Rian Pearson posted his first double-double of the season with 24 points and 10 rebounds, and Reese Holliday established a career-high with four 3-pointers and scored 16 points.
The Rockets (4-6) never trailed after UIC hit a 3 on its opening possession.
UIC (9-4) dropped its third straight game. Former Rocket Hayden Humes had 11 points, and Daniel Barnes led the Flames with 18.
