The Toledo Walleye signed forwards Aaron Bogosian and Scott Arnold along with defenseman Jason Lepine today.

The organization also released its training camp roster, which features 29 players.

Among the 19 forwards are Bogosian and Arnold. Bogosian, 26, played in 11 games with the Walleye last season and had five points (2 goals, 3 assists). Arnold, 24, split his first professional season between Gwinnett in the ECHL and Portland of the American Hockey League.

Lepine, 28, is among eight defenseman in camp. Lepine returns to Toledo after spending the last two years in Europe. He skated in 47 games with the Walleye in 2010-11 with eight goals and 26 assists.

There are two goaltenders, Neil Conway and Brooks Ostergard, in camp that began this morning at the Huntington Center.

The team also has invited a player from the Mud Hens to participate in camp. Mike Cervenak, a native of Trenton, Mich., hit .291 in 81 games during the 2013 season with the Mud Hens. Cervenak plays hockey during the baseball offseason and received an invite from the Walleye to tryout.

“This is such an exciting time of the year where we get to see all of the hard work of the summer on the ice for the first time,” Walleye coach Nick Vitucci said. “We have so many talented players in this year’s camp. It is going to be fun to watch and a great way to build up for the start of the year.”
